Some films echo across borders, that speak softly yet urgently of displacement, resistance, and longing—and Sea, Carry My Dream is one of them. In this beautifully painted short, Masoud Raouf traces the dreams of exiled youth, weaving together art, memory, and the unrelenting tides of migration into a work that feels as political as it is poetic.

Sea, Carry My Dream made its Canadian premiere at RIDM (Rencontres internationales du documentaire de Montréal), and has since moved audiences across the independent festival circuit with its raw honesty and lyrical construction.
